We give a 10-day free return window for most of our products except some products like laptop body, screen, and other products. For the first 10 days after the delivery date, if the item gets defective, we will arrange a pickup from you if we have return pickup service in your area; otherwise, you need to send it back to our address through courier, and the return charges will be reimbursed to you. After 10 days, you have to courier the item back to us on your own. The return charges will not be reimbursed in this case; only the item’s actual amount will be eligible for a refund. After 10 days, if anything happens and you need to claim warranty, you have to send the item to our address through courier at your own cost. We have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks, all the goods have passed in the factory line.

Wistar Standard Return Policies are only applicable to the products purchased by you directly from the Wistar website. All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within the return window period. Customers need to send an email to info@wistar.in for returns, mentioning the order number in the subject and a brief description of the issue with the item purchased in the body of the email.

In case the customer receives an empty box (which was never sent empty by us) but still wants to claim the empty box order, then it must be claimed within 1 hour of receiving the parcel. After that, we would not be responsible. It must be informed by mail at info@wistar.in, with outer images of the box and inside the box. Failure to submit this will not approve your claim.
